Through my own journeys in wellness, I became fascinated by the profound power of the mind and healing properties of food. After obtaining my degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, I immediately went on to become a Holistic Nutritionist, CNP at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
You can find me practicing with clients, instructing yoga to elementary school students within the district school board, navigating the isles as a wellness consultant at our local health food store, and, of course, with a matcha tea latte in hand as I write this website!
